way to destroy the effectiveness of agents of this type is to focus ingeniously upon their suggestibility and acute susceptibility to superstitious fears.
However, in employing such psychological-warfare counter-tactics, I suggest that it is morally unacceptable to employ such techniques against the victim-dupes. For example, with my knowledge; of Robert Dillon, Christine Berl and others of the NAG dupe-organizations, I could readily destroy their effectiveness. However, it will be readily understood why I cannot use knowledge obtained in circumstances of implicit confidence to accomplish such effects upon individuals who are mere victims. There is no good end served, except short term expediency, by considering such activities . It is the inhuman bastards behind the operation who are the only morally acceptable targets of psychological weapons. Destroy those bastard's operations and the victim-dupes will then have an opportunity to begin recovering from induced psychotic states —'Which is our only significant concern in those cases. It would be eminently satisfactory to all of us to get Christine Berl freed of the police-agent immediately controlling her, and to restore to her her talent for serious musical work. It would be eminently gratifying to us to restore to Robert Dillon the mental powers he formerly commanded. However, the same moral concern does not check us respecting "witting" CIA agents and "stringers." These scoundrels, by their conscious accomplice's roles in aiding Rockefeller et al. to wipe out a stated hundreds of billions of people by 1980 or sol, have less cTaIin~to mercy than an Adolf Eichmann. 'They are outside the human race in every moral sense until they have repudiated their crimes^
It is time we unveiled a new weapon in our fight against Rockefeller's bandits. We have mooted doing this earlier; it is time to begin using our knowledge to play upon the susceptibilities of these agents.
